Our standard Pay-As-You-Go rate is $125/hour per skilled tech prorated in 15-minute increments after the first 1-hour minimum. Pay-As-You-Go service covers onsite support only and does NOT include remote support. Standard rates apply M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Weekend and after-hours rates increase by $10/hour.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will attempt to honor all remote requests with a 1.5-hour minimum payment ($187.5) for non-prepaid customers with a card on file to cover possible overages prior to scheduling the remote session.
Optionally, users can also purchase Standard or Proactive Prepaid Support time at discounted rates marked off as used for convenient billing, and includes onsite and remote support. Standard prepaid support time must be used in 2 years from the time of purchase and proactive support time must be used in the number of months equal to the number of hours purchased. Standard 24 hour packages must be used in 3 years from the time of purchase. Prepaid customers do NOT incur rate increases for weekend or after-hours support.
