Home User Tech Support
The standard Pay-As-You-Go rate for home users is $99/hour per tech prorated in 15-minute increments after the first 1-hour minimum. Pay-As-You-Go service covers onsite support only and does NOT include remote support or email support. Standard rates apply M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Weekend and after-hours rates increase by $10/hour.
Home users can also purchase Standard or Proactive Prepaid Support time at discounted rates marked off as used for convenient billing, onsite and remote support, and includes FREE email support. Standard prepaid support time expires and must be used in 2 years from the time of purchase and proactive support time expires in the number of months equal to the number of hours purchased. Standard 24 hour packages expire and must be used in 3 years from the time of purchase. Prepaid customers do NOT incur rate increases for weekend or after-hours support.

If your business is handled by a Microsoft Windows Server, we will need to schedule an onsite visit to assess the full scope of your support needs in order to determine pricing.
